Elephants Dance Elegantly in my Memory.
Ever since my childhood, I’ve been fascinated by elephants. My father had an animal encyclopedia of all the world's creatures, where you could read about their preferred habitats, interspecies relationships, and what animals typically like on their breakfast menu. I spent many hours reading and flipping through it. There were also pictures.

He had known this since his earliest years in Sunflowervalley, where the grain swayed in the gentle wind and the rain ensured an opulent harvest so that everyone could be satisfied. He was fascinated by the work of the water mill, powered by the slowly flowing river, as well as by the windmill’s steadfastly turning sails, harnessing the power of the wind's invisible spirit.

As usual, she had been down by the riverside washing the household laundry. It was hard work, especially in the cool autumn air. Anna was the youngest maid, sent out to earn her own bread and to learn.
