VENGENCE

.

By CotardDelusionzPublished about 10 hours ago Updated about 10 hours ago 2 min read

Wandering through the night

Avoiding the streetlights

Hiding from humankind

Searching for the man that keeps me up at night

Plaguing my mind

I'm following his stench

I can smell his sin

I don't have much time

My ribs show through my skin

I'm barely alive but

I need to set things right

I'm getting close

His stench is burning my nose

I peer around the corner of the alleyway

I see him, looking down at his phone

As he stuffs his face

He's dining out

Eating on a table outside

I don't blame him the weather is nice

Slowly I approach

The fence,

That's surrounding the dining area

Trying not to gag and choke

From his stench

Till I'm looking right at him through fence

Get out of here Mutt, he says

As he sways his hand in my face

To try and scare me away

But I am unphased

Pft ugly dog, he says frustratedly

I can no longer remain tame

I show my fangs

My eyes fill with hate

He's uncomfortable

I can sense his body go cold

It's like he knows

Fool

He thought he wouldn't have to face it

In this world

But now he's looking at a dog

That won't go to heaven

He tries to go

But I jump the fence

And bite straight into his neck

My teeth pierce his arteries

He falls on his back grabbing at me

Trying to scream

Then I pull with my jaw still clenched

Turning his throat inside out

His arteries and veins spray me with blood

Drenching my fur, like rain

The anatomy of his neck is now a mess

Dangling around, just like his body

As he spasms in pain.

I wish I could keep him suffering like that

But soon he will die.

And so, will I

The cops have arrived

They shoot me twice

I fall to my side

And close my eyes.

Two dogs were killed.
