The wind blowing in my face

As it erases the scars and bruises on my face

That were made by you

A tear running, down my face

As I’m running,

away from you

The wind taking me away from this awful place with its forc

As I’m riding my horse

To get far far

away from you

My head jerks, from the force of the wind blowing in my hair

I fall gently

With a force of anger

That sets me on fire and gets me

away from you

Now my body is gone

And away from you

As a flame sparks

Then sets me free

from you

sad poetry

I love this. So forceful in the way it just moves down to the final line. The structure of this--the way it moves. I'm glad you got away.
