I am my father's daughter

He sees his tenacity in me

I am my grandmother’s granddaughter

She sees her green thumb in me

I am my brother’s sister

He sees his ambitions in me

I am my mother’s daughter

She sees her creativity in me

but who am I to them when they can no longer see themselves in me?

and what am I worth when I am only myself?
