The Culmination Toward
Was The Decision The Right One

Or a mistake?
I woke up this morning with coffee and a little exercise. Having showered and gotten ready, I decided on a course of oatmeal with peanut butter. Most of my life saw me hesitant to eat it, because I always found myself having to use the bathroom not too long after.
Well, this isn't the purpose of this article, but it was probably that I always used to pour hot water in and eat the oatmeal immediately. Evidently, without the oatmeal soaking up the water first...voila! Trouble.
So, I had oatmeal, and that was it. Got a large coffee, and made my way downtown. Walked around for probably an hour, and decided to get a muffin before I headed for the library. As it turned out, however, they were out at the store I decided on, and basically got my coffee and hit the cemetery instead, circling back to my car.
Approaching the town hall where I parked my car the second time, a little boy was coming past the corner on his bike, down the hill.
He is fine, of course.
Now, I kind of smiled at him, for him, as he passed. I had an obvious hesitancy to interfere, assuming whoever he was with had control of the situation.
Then, about five or so seconds after seeing him, his mother, I presume, was calling out for him to stop. I only kept moving, going up toward my car.
I also cared. I didn't just ignore things because I didn't care about the kid. I obviously would have interfered immediately. But I don't trust that I wouldn't have been drawn into something complicated.
Nevertheless: regret followed me the ten minutes or so that followed. I wouldn't want him to get hurt, and justify that it was certainly a lesson for him. The fact that he was going down the hill in the first place is the prime factor. I don't know if he just kind of passed by detection for a few seconds, but he shouldn't have been on that course in the first place.
As you may surmise, I am open to opinions as to whether I did the right thing, or the wrong thing, or misinterpreted things. Surely a child's safety and life is a priority for all of us.
What would you have done? How would you have approached things?
Thank you for your time.

I want to make note that I am filling out this remaining space with information about my third collective, and everything before it, for two viable reasons:
- I have one-hundred words and change left to make this article submittable
- This is my first article in months
My main site/hub is

APPARENTLY I CAN'T LEAVE THE PATH HERE for my main hub, my article keeps getting rejected, so you can search for my book series title per the image above. Vocal: how about you go _____ yourself.

I am driven to make my graphic collectives because they work to channel my humor, inspirations, creativity, and the like. They are the beginnings of a life where I can earn a living investing in what I believe in and what moves me, even if by a guise that is not exactly who I am. I was not a born artist, so to speak, and am more driven by singing and film. However: this path of art allows me to do everything in house and not to concern myself with involving others. I am not an extroverted nor necessarily social person as it were, and this is the sort of process of creation and implementation that I need to get the ball rolling, and, you know what? There is a lot of pleasure to be had in it, and I am more than happy with the results.
Again, thank you for reading, and let me know what you think about this article and my other works.
Bye for now.
